The Biodiesel Retail Infrastructure and Marquee Fleets Project seeks to offer economic and other incentives to encourage more widespread introduction of public retail and commercial biodiesel fueling infrastructure and to prepare for and encourage the introduction of biodiesel blends to marquee fleets that can serve as public examples and attract news coverage.

- Develop a biodiesel distribution and marketing toolkit for distributors and retailers
- Develop a biodiesel fuel quality best management practices guide
- Map the Virginia-region petroleum diesel supply chain and identify potential terminal blending opportunities
